My older brother- "was sound, wouldve been better but i couldn't get any proper bacon anywhere its a joke"
Me- "so you werent happy you couldnt get pork in an islamic country?"
Him- "what? Since when was turkey islamic?"

I can see my parents saved all the brain cells for me then

So? Your brother is a British man who likes bacon and wants it on his holiday.

Before they were cleansed in WWI and Turkish War of Independence, Turkey's Christian population was around 25%.

@HijabaDabbaDoo i literally just stared at him for about 3 minutes before i showed him the symbols on my quaran matched the flag. I did try attempt to educate him a little on other Islamic countries but he just said he'll ask me before he travels again
