Cruises are my NEW Travel Fixation! 🤩🚢

I am going on a cruise around Japan and one port in South Korea, on the 19th August 2024 for 12 nights

I thought about selling all my worldly possessions and retiring on a cruise ship.

My preferred travel is in my own home as it does it's daily dance in space as the Earth rotates, and the Earth itself rotates around the sun in it's annual progression, and the Sun itself and the milky way of our native galaxy themselves move through the universe. I'm not really into travel per-se because of cost etc.and not being in a mood to travel alone. I have travelled alone (in the 1990's - to US and Canada once each) before I had a family.

I’m an all-inclusive resort person. 🙂

I've been on river cruise boats and other smaller cruises of about 200 passengers where getting on & off is quick. I'm not sure one of those giant 5000 passenger boats would appeal to me.

Depends on the cruise ship. I have heard of some pretty bad cruise ships.

Then there's the initiation cross the equator. 😳
