Are you asking if these blocking products (plate covers, etc) are legal?
They are not legal here in Alberta.
However, I’ve had a plate cover on mine for more than two years now and haven’t had a single ticket in the mail…nor have I been pulled over for having it (and I’ve even had cop cars tailing me, without being pulled over)
So while they are technically illegal here, the police don’t seem to pay much mind to them. 🤷♀️

I'm not a 100% for sure, but I know a robot can't issue tickets and a human has to give them to.
You can fight them in court. Because anyone can be driving said vehicle

@HumanEarth That’s not true. Depends how you go about it, but in my state if you let someone use your car, you are responsible.

In the state of Wisconsin, the driver of the vehicle is the responsible one. Like if you loan me your car and I crashed it. I would have to pay for it, unlike other states, like you just you the owner would have to pay.

Makes dick in WV if you’re essential or not. You will get stopped, and ticketed.

No. Can’t read the plate.

Doesn't seem legal.
Yes, and rightfully so
