Born in far western Nebraska. Spent every summer there till I graduated high school. Our family moved to Massachusetts and we always spent the school year here in Massachusetts. I actually like where I live, except for the politics. I'm used to the weather, and if I had more money, I could have fresh seafood any time I want! I live 3 blocks from the harbor!

@4meAndyou Nebraska is the longest state to drive through. Lol
4meAndyou · F
@Sojournersoul Yes. It was always a loooong trip by car. My mother and I broke down one year trying to get home. Scary times.

@4meAndyou I know. Lived out west and I was never so happy to see Omaha when driving east.

@Sojournersoul I had relatives who lived in Lincoln.2 Great Aunts, so if we could make Lincoln, they usually had a bed for the night, and they fed us. Cool old ladies.
@Sojournersoul @4meAndyou Id it longer than Texas to drive through?
Sojournersoul · M
@4meAndyou I would always stop at Lincoln on my way back.

@Musicman been on that drive. As soon as crossed into Arizona it was snowing. Just my luck. Lol
@Sojournersoul 😳 Snow! That is a four letter word. I try not to use language like that. 😂 It would terrify me to drive the motorhome through snow. @4meAndyou Every RV'er says the number one place to go is Sedona. We were supposed to go two years ago, but C hurt herself while we were cleaning the RV getting it set to go. 🤦♂️

@Musicman I was like this is Arizona, not suppose to have snow. Lol
@Sojournersoul From what I hear it definitely snows in the upper altitude there.
Sojournersoul · M
@Musicman it does. Just kind of shocked me.
@Sojournersoul Were you visiting, driving through or did you live there?
Sojournersoul · M
@Musicman I was driving from Illinois to California for a wedding.
@Sojournersoul Awesome! How was the trip? Tell me all about it 🙂🙂🙂
Sojournersoul · M
@Musicman it was a great trip, always wanted to drive it and loved it. Stopped everyplace I could along the way. That had things to do and see. Had been as far as Texas before and so glad I drove instead of flying.
