My home town 馃檪馃惣馃ア

@whowasthatmaskedman I was born in Oxford, and Cambridge and Oxford do look very similar in places. I now live in Felixstowe in Suffolk for the last 27 years. 馃槉
@Dlrannie Wow. Stunning place. Recognized the Cathedral from it's world famous college choral ensemble.

I'm glad you said"UK". MY desire would be arriving at South Hampton, renting a car, and heading North to Scotland, hopping the ferry, and trekking to Orkney, making my way to the Italian Chapel.....it is my ONE bucket list item purely because of history....
TheWildEcho56-60, M
@Freeranger I've seen the Italian chapel

Never been to the UK. I'd like to see Stonehenge

I like the more rugged wild parts. Currently there are several rewilding projects going on to restore habitat, such as Scotland's montane environment and the otter reintroduction in the outskirts of London. What I remember from visiting when I was 4-5 was the walks my mom brought me on in the parks. Very peaceful.

I have only been to London.
TheWildEcho56-60, M
@travelguy01 countryside is much nicer than the towns!!
travelguy0141-45, M
@TheWildEcho I would like to see the areas further south closer to Wales and the coast, as well as up in Scotland.

I almost got to go to Porton Down several years ago for some Navy work that I was involved with, but the project got called off at the last minute.
@travelguy01 The east coast might be worth the visit... while it's still here.
