I was 23 when I came to Australia alone. I was born and raised in Switzerland. My parents migrated to Switzerland from India.

I lived in Germany for 3 years in my 20s. I loved living there, but the language was difficult.

@SW-User sounds like you lifted and worked around rammstein. I life close to a Nato airbase in germany myself. Some of the workers life in my town. The kids get picked up by a special bus and driven to a special school. I don't believe that German is a subject there.

Yes, I lived in three countries.

"Challenging" isn't a word I give much thought to.

Yes , moved 3 countries....and no problems.

There will be initial struggle of finding your feet and a stable job.

NZ was unfavourable for my son, so moved to Australia for better weather and opportunities.

Dual NZ and AUS citizen.

Nothing is life comes easy.

Moved from Canada to New Zealand. When I was 14 just as when the Gulf War was starting.Getting use to a new school system and wearing a school uniform. Took a while to get use to.

we moved from England to Israel when I was 11 (50 years ago).
