@SW-User I often go out of town on business with associates. Having a house is great for a number of reasons. The costs are much better than hotels when more than 4 people are staying, you can make your own meals (breakfast especially), collaborate with your team more effectively, and entertain guests when needed. But I've been disappointed in the past so I'm super selective now. I'm very careful to read reviews. I'll pay more for quality, but they damned sure better treat me nice or face the wrath of a bad review.
