Ko Tao for me - I know its not a city, but I just want to go somewhere quiet, with my girl, and just enjoy it
Oldfashionedcouple · 41-45, C

@Gangstress good.

Years ago I'd have said Berlin, but after having spent time living in Berlin and a lot of really fucked up shit happening, I'm gonna choose Tokyo now.
DrSunnyTheSkeptic · 26-30, M
@BlueMetalChick You sound like a movie, always something thrilling
BlueMetalChick · 26-30, F
@DrSunnyTheSkeptic In a roundabout sort of way, I suppose that's true lol. It wasn't really all that thrilling. I wish I had a cool story behind how I ended up with heart problems but in truth it was just my own stupidity. I suffered a severe electric shock while doing some home renovations because apparently I'm an idiot who thought I could do my own wiring.
DrSunnyTheSkeptic · 26-30, M
@BlueMetalChick If I had a movie it'd be called "The screw up" it's about some dude who wastes his time instead of doing what he should then bad stuff happens, but he doesn't learn and it happens again.
I always wanted to go to Hong Kong. I don't know anymore. So much unrest there because of China.
Elena05 · F
@WonderGirl1 yeah maybe not the best time to visit rigth now
MrAverage1965 · 61-69, M
Tokyo, I have never been to Japan and it's a good place to start.
MrAverage1965 · 61-69, M
@Elena05 There are so many others it was a difficult choice.
DrSunnyTheSkeptic · 26-30, M
@MrAverage1965 It doesnt bother you that it's too overcrowded and metropolitan? I'd prefer somewhere smaller and more quiet.
MrAverage1965 · 61-69, M
@DrSunnyTheSkeptic I do like smaller places and the countryside too but someone told me that very few Japanese people outside Tokyo speak English so for my first visit I am sure Tokyo would be easier.
Moonpenny · F
Venice. I'd love to visit all the small islands too, eat and drink my way round, ride on a gondola and visit art galleries, churches and museums 🇮🇹
Elena05 · F
@Moonpenny cant go wrong with italian renaissance cities... great food and culture

Must be Paris!
I have been there twice and I think the French people are awesome; even the ones in Paris. The food and even the coffee is an experience. The Cabarets are another universe of entertainment.

Intriguing question 🤔

Choice between places I haven’t been so would say Berlin, Tokyo or Buenos Aires
Elena05 · F
@Shutterbug thats three very different places
Shutterbug · 56-60, M
@Elena05 I want to travel to diverse places :)
SW-User
Shutterbug · 56-60, M
@SW-User when you think of people coming to Australia you don’t think of their prime destination being Melbourne, and likewise my city (Brisbane), more people are drawn to Sydney, Gold Coast or cairns
SW-User
@Shutterbug I'm not into cities so much, I'm not a beach bunny.. I think Melbourne looks amazing, but... So does lots of Australia, if I did get there, it would be nice to have a bunch of time and money and travel around a bit
Shutterbug · 56-60, M
@SW-User every city is different here. But I think Australia is very diverse for the traveller. Hard to take it all in. You have so many natural wonders here, not just Uluru or Great Barrier Reef. Indigenous culture should be included too.

And our wildlife is very friendly!

Elena05 · F
@SW-User haha cool idea... that would definitely be an advendture
Wol62 · 51-55, M
@SW-User It's overrated.
DrSunnyTheSkeptic · 26-30, M
@SW-User That's the powerplant, Pripyat was the closest settlement to it.

Los Angeles...or Miami.
tallpowerhouseblonde · 36-40, F
@BlueMetalChick I had LA as the top choice too.Oh well.
BlueMetalChick · 26-30, F
@tallpowerhouseblonde I'm probably biased because I've only gone to LA for work purposes, and every city kinda feels like it sucks when you go there cos you gotta work lol
tallpowerhouseblonde · 36-40, F
@BlueMetalChick The tourist scene is usually a lot different from living there.
