You folks in Europe or maybe England. What are the squiggly lines suppose to mean on the roadway? We don't have them in the USA.

If you look carefully you'll see that they are raised slightly. When driven over at the legal speed limit they induce an audible vibration in your vehicle. On long stretches of road you'll hear the national anthem of the country in which you are driving.
