How was your last Rideshare Adventure?

Which do you use? Do you have a preference? Male/Female driver? Dropped the work truck off for service the other day and took a Lyft both ways. First guy was on a conference call at work the whole ride. Interesting... Second guy was obviously very new, limited English and didn't quite know how to use the system. I couldn't help him as we couldn't understand each other very well.
