You're in my neck of the woods! Depends on what you like. I'm not much of a crowd guy, so I favor the outdoors. Seward Park is decent, as is Discovery Park. The Arboretum around UW is really nice and a decent walk. Plus they have a cool Japanese garden.

There's the Museuum of Flight if you prefer something indoors. Taking a ferry to Bainbridge is recommended to if you want to get out on the water. There's a bunch of spots along the lake you can rent kayaks too

@TinyViolins yea I only have the night... business meetings the next few days, then down to Portland.

@TinyViolins Bainbridge is Awesome, I was there six years ago, the ferry is a definitely worth the ride over from the Docks. I wanted to eat at Ivar's, but didn't have time to as I had a meeting to attend on the island.

@TinyViolins glad you put the name of the museum, I couldn't remember it. I went there when I was stationed on Whidbey and had a great time.

@NativeOregonian Ivar's is pretty decent, but I wouldn't say you're missing much. There's one close to where I live and I still don't go.

@TinyViolins @NativeOregonian Sea Bolts in Oak Harbor on Whidbey is good.

@TinyViolins Ivar's at the Pioneer Place Mall when I used to live in Oregon the last time, before I moved away in March '98, was very good, sad to hear that they went downhill :(
NativeOregonian · 51-55
@Scubaguy027 I'll have to go there the next time I'm in the Seattle area.
TinyViolins · 31-35, M
@NativeOregonian If you can't decide where to eat, definitely go there. Food is still tasty. I'm just kinda weary of fried foods and massive groups of people, so I avoid it

@TinyViolins Ah, so it's more of a personal preference.
