I'm sometimes blamed for that indirectly. I'm from the hills of West Virginia and Kentucky. Poor folk my own damn self. We can try to make it better.
I imagine it's quite historical. Are they going to tear it down or something like the statues? The Jewish have kept up some of the concentration camps as a reminder to never let that kind of evil happen again. Just saying.

People got their heads bowed down,
Sun don't shine above the ground,
Better stay away from Oxford town...

Right next to the Beatles and Jimi, Doors, all time favorite. You do what you can, teach the ignorant if you can.

I’m from MS. I’ve been to Natchez several times. I’ve never gone to specifically see anything like that, though.

Did you see the slave homes if so where do you go
Mamapolo2016 · F
We saw some - but where is lost to antiquity. I remember coming away with the thought that the most terrible thing about slavery wasn’t as much what the person called the master or mistress did to the person called a slave - but that they couldif they wanted to.

bijouxbroussard · F
@Linne5 No, my parents are originally from Louisiana. My father and uncles took me to see a plantation and slave quarters once, when I was a teenager.
