I lived in Tucson, Arizona and my dad lives in Buffalo, New York, so that's how Mexico and Canada happened. Europe was a school trip my junior year of high school, five countries in ten days, not counting the one it took to fly there and the one it took to fly back.

You would've had to be part of the Spanish classes that year to go, and it wasn't cheap. Then my mom had to pay for a doctor's visit afterward because I came home with bronchitis. -_-
