What is your advice for planning a vacation to Las Vegas?

I like to stay in the middle of the strip, preferably Bellagio if you can afford it. A lot of the airlines, like Southwest and JetBlue have good vacation packages.

@LyricalOne No, nothing more than short trips out of one casino on the strip to another really.

@wasityou Hoover Dam is a great day trip. A boat ride on Lake Meade is also really nice.
