Unrelated... but I said something to you recently about the cinnamon and honey recipe for aiding sleep, but then I hear a warning about cinnamon potentially causing liver damage in some people who are sensitive, it seems, to the coumarin found in cassia cinnamon (I would imagine, the more commonly bought form).

I may have even mistakenly told you two teaspoons of cinnamon in boiled water instead of 1 (which it was meant to be), because there was a brief period where I mistakenly thought it was two teaspoons and was taking accordingly for myself.

Concerning you in particular, I remember you saying something about being stung by a particular scorpion and--if I'm not mistaken--it puts you at greater risk for something in relation to your liver?

I'm passing this link around to people I shared this recipe with, and you were one of them. Don't know if you were using this recipe, but in case... I wouldn't want to cause anyone harm.

If you did use cinnamon or if you might in the future, please see this link to my post about this, if you will:
