Did your parents keep you all cooped up or did they take you places?

They took me out into forest a lot. I was probably a little feral early on because of it. Other than that the only places they really took me was church. My father was a traveling minister so I saw lots and lots of churches.

My dad tried to take me places but i was just still stuck on the fact that my mom was gone forever and i didn’t want to do anything but stay home and cry. 😛

We took a lot of frequent shorter trips nearly every weekend, sometimes on Sunday as well as Saturday.

Cooped up most of the time. We never took vacations. We never went camping or anything. Now I make up for it by traveling just about everywhere I can afford to go.

I was cooped up though it wasn't their fault, we didn't have money to get out a lot and my dad has copd

we ran wild and yes they took us places-hard to believe?

Neither. They just sent us out to run around the neighborhood.

They took us places. But we were homebodies most of the time.
