They way in which you received her is obviously and unarguably horrible. Clearly she is blameless but your wording implies that you are bitter about having the child at all. Perhapse you shouldn't think of her as your rape baby?

I don't I love her just like how any mother would love their child and I don't use my past as an excuse to blame her for being here at all. Many people think I'm stupid for keeping her but I don't believe so.

If you do go after him for child support it will be awarded all the way back to birth and he'll instantly be in the arrears. You'll be able to keep him in the system and then sue for the whole amount once she's 18. You can get child support with no visitation and you'll be able to sick the county on him every time he falls behind. Just something to think about.
