This is not technically right, however emotionally it is.
There's situations when it isn't about abuse. For example if two minors wanna have sex it's also classified as rape. No hate no power control or abuse is present and yet it's rape.
Other times is when two people concent to sex but one change their mind in the midst of the sex and is unable to express it. The other person is by automatic raping the person who don't want to continue even if they can't spell it out. In this situation the rape happens without hate or abuse but by simple misunderstanding / miscommunication.
The rape you're referring to is the one made by a predator. But that's not the only time rape occurs.
However as a survivor of sexual abuse I understand if you needed to write out the predatory one and highlight it.
