I Was Molested By My Uncle

is it bad because i never told any one well i told my mom and she talked to my uncle i never see him anymore it has been years since the incident i dont think i should tell anybody else so he can be arrested........i dont think i should btw he is a little mentaly unstable but i dont know i just dont think he should be arrested it's over and done with now why re-open it and painful memories......
