I Was Physically Abused As A Child

I was physically abused as a child from when I was just turning 7 to when I was about 11-13yrs old by my "father" he would punch me in the chest because I wouldn't eat a single carrot when I was about 8. He would kick me in the back if I didn't move fast enough. He would also punch me in the back a couple times from his drunken stupor. He had choked me a few times during one of his drunken rages. He wouldn't hit my mom only me. Out of the several times he has hit and choked me, back in 2014, he now denies doing this to me at all says he doesn't remember. Yet he has done some of this in front of his own friends and family so it's not like there weren't witnesses of him physically abusing me.
