I Was An Abused Child

I was abused by an abused parent. After many years I was able to forgive and let it all go. I have never abused my children and I have loved them unconditionally.

As a child were taught/programed by our parents. It's hard not to pass those traits on to our children. We can break the cycle of abuse but it tests us in unimaginable ways.

It's normal for children to learn from their parents. Thankfully it's not normal for all parents to abuse their children.
