I Am An Abused Child

The world is a demented place. A sense of humor is the pitch black helmet and chest protector to keep you from unraveling upon collision.
Systems designed to keep the small safe expose them to more atrocities in the name of rushed judgements and numbers.
I have seen into the machine and its many parts -some I call friend and others I call home.
Still...you must continue to extend the arm to reach out or even to shield those fragile beings, even when that arms is attached to something rotting
