MK Ultra victim

@BizSuitStacy that was my first thought. The experiments on how to create the MK Ultra mind control sleepers were conducted on young children started at age 3 in mental institutions in various cities across the USA. Including the one in my city. The man who was the head of the program was a psychologist who was raised here, his father a professor at the university. I don’t know if this was the first hospital or not. He invented the personality assessment test that is still being used today. The first people they did experiments on were transients who loved to pretend to be mental to get checked into the hospital to get free room & board during the coldest months of the year. Then they switched over to children, some of who were their own grandchildren, born to their daughters who were not married at the time. They’d take them and tell the mothers that they would be adopted out.
@cherokeepatti it's about the only thing that makes sense. The guy is an anarcho-communist who supports Obama & Bernie Sanders...but also thought Biden and Trump were in cahoots together on a fascist takeover of America. So he sets himself on fire? Oh...and he survives. Oops. I had a hunch he wouldn't "make it."
