Eventually it's a huge release. Chest gets lighter and all that.

@popmol you know when your chest goes all tight and heavy? It's not weight on the scales. It's a suffocation out of lessened oxygen and blood flow.
That is released.

@thinkingoutloud well in big cries i only had like 6 in my life maybe? last one was more than 5 years ago so not sure about those!
