Everyone's trauma isn't the same. Each is unique to the individual and so many exist. So we could say the same of you; that you have no how it feels. Empathy can be a bridge to understanding though, so don't count the concept as futile.😉

@Lostpoet I'm glad you understood what I was trying to convey. 🤗 For me, I'm capable of putting myself in anothers shoes and also putting my traumas out there if I trust someone. Some have disappointed me, but I've also lucked out on both sides of coin. Hopefully you can find that comfort yourself.💫
