I'm pretty open but I'm not gonna speak in detail on here

I realised just how chaotic and bad my childhood was when I told the first 10 years to my therapist.
It was really nice to be validated though and to have somebody listen, she's a really kind person and it helps a lot.

I do feel a bit fragile after the sessions, it's only my second but I feel like it does help and that I'm making progress already. I've been wanting to talk about so much for most of my adult life so it's nice to get a chance to finally do it.

She's also encouraging me as I'm studying to be a therapist, she says I'll be really good and that I'm very wise for my age. It's nice to feel validated, I have a lot of good things going for me that I just need to reclaim from all the trauma of the past.

I am really glad that therapy is helping. I experienced some bad stuff from childhood too. I hope you are able to continue on your healing journey 💖.
