@Frankie13 Is it not amazing though how much easier it is describe others, take care of them, create for them. However, you cannot do the same for yourself. You are in a space or with people that complell you to constantly focus all of your attention outwardly. You are not granted the solitude to start focusing on yourself

Being in nature, alone, helps me refresh myself and brings serenity. Every day, I try to walk on a nearby beach gor at least an hour. Or, a local forest. That is where my search takes me...
