Apparently,my great-great grandfather was too rich and lavish(as our hereditary roots to some kind of rulers of small provinces) that the guy used to donate acres and acres of lands to the poor people for free and spent the rest of the money he owned in gambling and women.Over years his money got shrunk and the people he helped never cared about him in his time of need except his 2 wives and children. As a result my grandfather's generation succumbed to poverty that they had to work very hard in the lands of the other people in our Village for daily wage to even eat a single meal a day. They worked very hard for many many years and bought a few acres of land and split them among the brothers. They did farming in those lands which enabled them to run their families to some extent. My dad used to say that in his family (my grandfather's family),he and his siblings hardly had 3 sets of dresses each for many years. Then grandfather's descendants(my father and his siblings) started to earn more money(some by farming and some of them graduated and joined in Government jobs)as time passed by.Now we are a well to do family in our village and very respected for our roots too(though not very rich,we can satisfy our needs without money shortage).
