I know this feeling all too well. Life can change in the blink of an eye.

I was 21 when my dad died. I just remember him talking to me the previous night when he got me a shirt. The next day I didn't see his face as he left and I got a call that he got a heart attack. He had died though. I know this all too well man.

Life in unpredictable and death is inevitable man. I hope you feel better soon 🤗
