Do you think this whole crypto currency shit is worth it?

I've bought a little.. About 1500 $ worth of different currency juuuust in case..
But still, I don't think this shit would work..
I'd rather buy Gold and Silver 🤷‍♂️
I think the bankers are working on destroying it..
how dare the plebs sidestep their monopoly on wealth..

@TheOneyouwerewarnedabout I agree.. Or maybe it's just a strategy to see who is going to survive.. Cuz I've heard that people commit suicide after the Luna fall 🤷‍♂️

If you think it was easy for the government to print more money (devalue the currency) when they abandoned the gold standard just imagine how much easier it will be for government to increase the volume of digital currency. Want another 10 trillion? No problem. Just enter the codes and presto.

@hippyjoe1955 Essentially money will just be numbers.

@MrBrownstone It is now but at least with paper they are limited on how fast they can print it. I heard that Venezuela's money was so worthless they couldn't buy the paper to print it on.

Once everyone has had there fun with it and money it will be thrown to the side for something new that will turn up. Just wait for a good drip in the markets then buy good quality stocks with a good paying dividend and keep them.

I personally would treat it like gambling at this point. Who knows if it'll explode in value again, or if it has already peaked in value.
If someone bought a bitcoin for $1 years back and held onto it, that's basically a free $20k or so right now, which is crazy to me. I don't know the logic behind why it exploded in value or if the explosion in value is repeatable.

Yes, but certain coins. Most coins or tokens will disappear within 2 years. Bitcoin, eth and blue chip coins will still be around. I have gold and silver but I'm always worried someone can just rob me. Also when we finally learn to mine asteroids, gold and silver will be oversaturated
