When you have struggle like this, you're supposed to ask yourself if an apology would hurt more than it would help.
And don't always think you 100% know the answer to that. For some it will cause more damage and for others it will help.
You can't push your apologies on those it will hurt. That's only more repetition of previous behavior.
Better you spend more energy on just forgiving yourself.

Show them who you've become. Explain how you weren't the best you back then, saying sorry now is probably late but those who are looking forward to a future where humanity is still valued will be kind to you for your efforts in being a good person. Recognizing your past mistake and showing that you have outgrown it and that you are now a a more compassionate person, is bound to speak for itself. Why not buy them a drink or something? ^^. If you don't want to do it in person, you could at least maybe write them a message? Or a call? They don't know the current you. Maybe they should? Courage :)

still? have you never written them a letter of apology?
TheHammer · 51-55, M
It should.
You should find them and apologize

I sensed a big change in you from when I first saw you here. You’re not the same person. All you can do is move forward and if you run into those you bullied, apologize.
Strongtea · 22-25, M
Thankyou. I do feel like I’ve changed, I still have the same history, but I think when I joined, I had a different attitude to the things I’ve done. I know I talk about it quite a lot on here but it’s really helped and everyone on here has inspired the change in me I think. Thanks for your advice. @MellyMel22

Apologize first. It will diffuse any situation that could otherwise arise

@JonLosAngeles66 you'll feel better.

A couple of people have said this to me and I did do it with one girl that way. I’m scared but will aim to do it!@JonLosAngeles66

@Strongtea people are very forgiving.
Starguy · 26-30, M
How bad did you pick on them? If you're still worried about revenge all these years later... What did you do to them?
Starguy · 26-30, M
@Strongtea Quite bad but eh... I was victim to this kind of stuff for years in secondary school. And to be honest, I don't even remember these people after all these years and got more serious things to worry about rather than plot revenge on them.
I think you will be fine haha, good chance they don't care anymore.
