Sometimes, for me at least, I find myself dwelling on stuff that has happened or was said and I wonder if I'm dwelling in reality or just inspecting the whole thing for future reference. LOL
Either way the past is the past.

It's hard not to worry sometimes. But as long as you do what you can with the things you have control over, everything will be fine :)
