what can you do if you're a little worried about the future

i just saw that the reform party did very well in the bi-elections...and now im worried that if Nigel farage did get into power in the future he might stop benefits for disabled people like myself? and it's making me feel worried for the future...i'm not sure if farage would do anything radical like that...but i worry he could.

any reassurance or thoughts?

Go towards the future, don't bring the future to you. What I mean, don't worry about it just yet because it could cause you health problems.
