Why would anyone trust a fictional being with their life?
hippyjoe1955 · 61-69, M
@1954zebedee You will find out soon enough that He is not fictional. Sadly for you it will likely be too late but that is your problem not mine. Have a nice oblivion.

@hippyjoe1955 what's it like being brain washed? It is 2025. Hasn't science taught you anything?
hippyjoe1955 · 61-69, M
@1954zebedee is that a rhetorical question? I used to be an atheist. I was brainwashed then but not now.

@1954zebedee thanks for your response
There is tangible evidence that the son of existed . If you get a moment check out historical facts ‘BC’ these occurred ‘ Before Christ existed.
And then historical facts AD ‘ these occurred
after his crucifixion .
Fact checking will easily prove Christ was never a “ Fictional Character “

@Kaetana All that proves is that some guy was crucified. There is no evidence of anything else except in your mind and in your human written books.
1954zebedee · 70-79, M
@Kaetana fact checking you say. Let's look at some facts. In those days criminals were crucified. Fact. Jesus was one of them? Speculation.
Kaetana · 56-60, F
@1954zebedee spreading the word of God & healing the sick, may well have been considered a crime in those days .

@JamesBugman thanks the question was Christ a real person or a fictional character?
JamesBugman · 56-60, T
@Kaetana Just another human, nothing more.
hippyjoe1955 · 61-69, M
@JamesBugman So how did He die and then come back to life?

@JamesBugman Christ wasn’t an average human being he was a ‘Supernatural Human Being’

I’m not here to change your foolish mind. You’re not the first unbeliever and sadly you won’t be the last.

However my time is precious so instead of wasting it on further conversation with you, I will follow the advice of King Christ and “ Turn the other cheek”

However I will Pray for you, you deserve that much Amen & Amen 🙏🏽

Bye bye

@Kaetana It is certainly much easier to run, believing in a made up story, than it is to try to convince others of the truth of the fantasy.
A "Supernatural Human Being".. umm OK.. and he can die, but not die, and then be resurrected, but then he never dies again, or was that part omitted in your story? maybe he is resurrected for just a minute and then dies again?
Yea, lets all believe he was superhuman, because someone wrote about it in a book. Makes perfect sense.
hippyjoe1955 · 61-69, M
@JamesBugman So how did humans come into existence? If you say by evolution I am going to laugh at your utter ignorance. According to top scientists who are expert in their field based on technical expertise not just theory it is impossible for any substance such as we know it to form through evolution. The chemistry simply doesn't work.
JamesBugman · 56-60, T
@hippyjoe1955 This is the chicken/egg story all over again. Did you know that the elements of life can be found on meteors?
Did you know there is overwhelming evidence showing how each species evolved from the other? We have hard evidence to prove it. We have evidence showing humans as old as 20,000 years old. This isn't fake made up garbage written in a book, but bones. Real bones that can be touched, measured and compared.
Now compare your Jesus/God fantasies with the overwhelming evidence, which one is the truth, which one is the only option that can be believed.
It's OK though, live your fantasy, believe it, it is yours, you can have it. Enjoy.

@hippyjoe1955 I love that you're going to laugh at our ignorance yet ignore your own!
