Its not a weakness. But you do have to learn how to worry constructively. There are several categories of things to worry about. The important and the urgent. And those you can do something about and those you cant. We might add those you can avert and those you can defend against. But you get the idea. If something is important, urgent and you can do something about it, that gets your focus..If its important but not urgent and you can prepare, then do so.. But run each concern through that Matrix. And remember, 80% of the things you worry about arent going to happen in your lifetime. The trick is to know which 20% will..😷
