does anyone else get worried or worry a lot
i tend to worry about the future, my health, world events, things outside of my control...and just worry about everything really...i manage type 2 diabetes so thats why i worry about my health...i managed it well for years, i have slackened off at the gym for a couple of weeks, i go there to swim, so i want to step it back up if i can.
anyway how can i stop the worrying?
