I'm Worried About My Future

I know what I want to do and what I want to have, but I can't see me getting there. Sometimes I feel like I have no future, that maybe I won't be here long enough for me to have one. I can't see myself older or doing accomplishing any of my dreams...

That's all fairly common to be honest with you. I felt the same way when I was your age. What is it exactly you want to have and do, and what do you perceive to be stopping you from getting there?
