I wouldn't want to be put in their underwear, but at least they are on that show trying to be healthier and there is probably more of a mental disorder than a physical one. Fat little kids get picked on and bullied and then they become adults that don't want to leave their house or be around other people. I wish that show was more geared towards actually helping these people rather than making a mockery of them.
