Sometimes my own mind feels like the hardest place to be.

It’s not always kind, and I can’t tell if it’s my gut speaking or just noise.
Feeling lost in the space between.

A lot. More than not. Sometimes it's anxiety but I still listen. And when it passes I come back to whatever I was afraid of if it was just me to check again.
