I have a few moments that seem to be constantly on my mind. I wish I could erase them from history!

@Strongtea Whatever youve been through is valid and bad in its own way.
I had a year of therapy and post partum support groups is my next thing. I'm doing well. Hope you are too.😊

Absolutely. Everyone has their angels..and demons.
Wrestle those you can; move on-move-out from those you can't.

Sometimes a new purpose /distraction, or someone to talk to --especially if they can relate--helps immensely.
