What can I believe in?

I knew a woman who was and still is a very awful person. She’s gotten rich via divorcing men and taking everything. I feel sorry for these men to a certain extent but I really wish for her to suffer, die and spend forever burning in hell - to put it lightly. 😉 But is there anything to believe she will ever face justice?

Yes there are people like that. Usually women but men can be just as bad. There was a woman guest on Dr. Phil and she had exploited one man after another, when they ran out of money she was gone. She said she knew how to make them feel good, flattery etc. She’d live off of what she was given in gifts (jewelry etc) until she could find a new victim. She had apparently been doing this for years, she wasn’t attractive and in fact overweight. Some weird type of gold digger.

@cherokeepatti I think the term is grifter. Someone who uses emotions to manipulate others.

@sdave455 Seems to be more like a love-scammer. Finds lonely men and makes them feel special, she knew how to work them. They weren’t with her for her looks…she looked very common and didn’t seem to have a sparkling personality or charisma. Maybe made them feel sorry for her in a way. Some men are suckers for that, I’ve known three women when they were younger, none of them attractive and very much out of shape….they practically ruined these men. One even caused one to kill himself due to his age & the debts she ran up, he said he’d never get it all paid off, and that’s when she was in her 50’s.
