All the articles and opinion pieces trying to convince people that one bank collapsing and other banks facing major issues is not an echo of 2008 and that everything is fine...

Is probably the fastest way to make people think, "Okay, these people are panicking, probably something to be concerned about."

Obviously government, under democratic control, might have done something about our precarious situation. Too bad.
