I have an unpopular opinion: Food doesn't spoil anywhere as near as fast as food safety standards claim

If refrigerated properly, which is defined by keeping it inside of the fridge the entire duration of the time below 4 degrees celsius and in a closed container, cooked meat can last for up to 10 days or more.

Omg this. If it's been 10 days and it's properly stored there's nothing wrong with it but I know people who won't eat anything older than 3 days.
