Unpopular opinion: serial monogamy is bad

No, I'm not saying be poly or something, but hopping from one relationship to another when you're not over the other person and essentially just rebounding each time isn't healthy. God damn, take sometime to heal.

In other words, don’t "rebound" ? Makes sense to me. I think some people do it because they can’t bear being alone. Which is symptomatic of other issues.
