Sorry I'm not a big fan of the guy but I do not think Biden ,who clearly has dementia, is capable.

@YoMomma He would be dead on arrival, as president. They would have someone else running the country while they showed him drooling napping in the captains chair in the oval office. I am pretty sure he already knows he can't do it, but he is trying to win it so he can hand it over to someone else the next day. Keep your eyes on the VP, or whatever Nancy and Chuck are doing.
