Sorry I'm not a big fan of the guy but I do not think Biden ,who clearly has dementia, is capable.

it’s nice how people assume he has dementia even though his doctors describe him as a “healthy 77 year old.” at this point, anybody would be better for our country than trump. put me in office as an 18 year and i’m probably more competent than trump.
