I never understood how Farrah Fawcett was considered a sex symbol. She always looked like a starving man in a bad wig to me. She has a huge boxy shaped head with zero lips and a wide creepy smile. She looks like a ugly crossdressing guy.

It was a different time. She embodied it. I don't think sex symbols are just about beauty. It's about what they represent at a point in history. She was the mid to late 70's. The look, the style the vibe. And she was hanging on the bedroom wall of millions of teenage boys.
