I Have An Unpopular Opinion

I do not believe in "Laziness". If someone is not moving forward their inaction is not a deliberate attempt to peeve us. There is a reason for everything. A deeper meaning behind every vague term like "lazy". Feelings are the answer. We live in a society where we are taught not to express our feelings. That emotions make us weak, invaluable, and unproductive. However, as we push our emotions aside to be productive and to carry on and to tell ourselves we must we sometimes we get stuck by the very things we've been taught cause us and our communities inaction, cause laziness: Emotions. Do not call the straggler lazy. The next time you are faced with this conundrum ask yourself this; could they be anxious? Could they be afraid? We must think "Why are they not following through?", work to discover the reason, and offer a hand to help them. Of course not everyone can be helped. In many cases we must look after ourselves and set boundaries accordingly to keep ourselves healthy. Because if we are not taking care of ourselves how could we take care of another? Within reason we should all take a little more time to uncover the intricate details of a simple word or label when applied to our fellow humans. Love yourself, love others, and be kind.

You might enjoy this joke. It fits your post.

Dad was working on the garage and decided he needed help.

"Dennis," he called, "what are you doing?"

"Helping Margie," came the answer.

"Margie, what are you doing?" was Dad's next question.

"Nothing," Margie replied.

But I do agree with your views, seriously. You make good points and say some things that maybe some people (no, I'm not naming any names) on SW or other Social Media posts should pause before they type what comes off of the top of their heads - complete with insults or swear words, the dirtier the better.
