I Have An Unpopular Opinion

This is actually a 2 fold belief. I believe in a one world government. But I'm not talking about one of those conspiracy theory new world order worlds.

I'm talking about one world government where everyone has freedom. Where there is no racism, no hatred, no bigotry. Only peace and love.

The second half of this belief is there is no longer any need for money. None at all. Can you imagine a world where there is no money? Take away all of the greed and selfishness of the human race. There would be no more poverty, no more hunger, no more homelessness.

Now I know people would say that's anarchy. There would be riots. People wouldn't go to work anymore. But that's where the government comes in. The would be laws still. Laws that would require people to work. I'm not talking slavery either.

But let's think about it for a minute. Everyone working to improve not only themselves but the human race. Think if all of the inventions and discoveries we could make. Within a generation or two we could have new technologies to do the jobs no one wants to do.

Not only that bit without the restrictions of a budget for companies we could improve the environment faster, space exploration would become a reality faster, medical technology would advance 10 fold.

And if we as a world community could do that I guarantee that within 3-4 generations we would wipe out most, if not all, of humanity's most negative traits like greed, hatred, and violence.

"Imagine all the people, live life in peace. You may say that I'm a dreamer but I'm not the only one. I hope someday you'll join us, and the world will live as one."

Never going to happen. No profits no businesses. No businesses no jobs. No jobs no incomes.

Like Star Trek? I’ve always thought the way they handle government, especially in the Next Gen era, was perfect. However, we are too stubborn, and too engrained with the biological urge to separate ourselves into groups, to ever accomplish such a thing. As a species, we are more divided by arbitrary characteristics (like skin pigment and geographic area) than we are united by vastly more important common needs and goals. And that’s why the powers that be so frequently fail to effectively solve humanity’s issues.

We all want that. Some won't admit it

You really don't get it. You're closed minded. If you can not see how much better the world can be without money, without greed then there is no hope for you.

I don't mean to sound like an asshole but it's people like you with a closed mind, unwilling to change because you are set in your ways, that holds the human race back from achieving greatness

@EasyGoingGuy what are you doing to make it happen preacher man?
