having experienced the passing of my wife of 42 years last year, I totally relate to your emotions. One of my lessons learned is that this is life, a cycle of birth, living and then death. We need to accept it and keep the loving memories of those who passed alive and well in our hearts. And learn to eventually move on and live our lives to the fullest, making the most of every day. But yes, there is much sadness, grief and hurt along the way.
